PREGNANCY
What an exciting time for you and your family! With each trimester, there are different developmental stages for you and your baby that your doctor will be monitoring. Here are some key topics to prepare you during your pregnancy.

DENTAL NEEDS
Continue to brush and floss regularly and visit your dentist. Harmful bacteria from your mouth can lead to health issues for baby and can cause complications during pregnancy. Most dental insurances cover an extra dental visit during pregnancy.
DEVELOPMENT
1st Trimester: Baby will begin to develop a human shape. 2nd Trimester: You can find out baby’s gender. 3rd Trimester: Baby will become more active and grow increasingly.
DIGESTIVE
During your pregnancy, its normal to have cravings or, on the flip side, become nauseated by certain foods. However ,maintaining a balanced diet of protein, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals is super important. You need extra nutrients to help baby grow!
IMMUNIZATIONS
The recommended immunizations prior to pregnancy include:
MMR, Varicella, HPV, and Yellow fever, typhoid fever and Japanese Encephalitis (if traveling).
The immunizations recommended during pregnancy include:
